PDLVDS-RX — photodiode LVDS receiver

Clean-room receiver for the Miniscope Zero optical uplink: Excelitas C30737LH Si APD → OPA657 TIA → LMH7220 comparator (LVDS out, DAC-set threshold) → ADN2813 CDR → STM32H723 + USB3300 USB-HS. Design target: 50 Mbps line rate, 8b/10b (40 Mbps payload); the paper's mode: 8 Mbps Manchester (16 Mbaud), as transmitted. LT3757 flyback APD bias 150–420 V. USB-C powered; verify on any laptop over USB, no FPGA attached.

Heal batch A (heal_nets on exp36 -> exp37): I2C_SCL, I2C_SDA, TMP_ALERT connected (the redrawn U9’s pads heal at once – the footprint fix unblocked its locality). ULPI_D1-D6, ULPI_NXT, ULPI_STP, USB_RST refused by heal’s A* at both endpoints (U6 lone pads and U7 stub groups) – Class A seal at the fine-pitch U6/U7 field; they go to thread/escape tools next, not a second heal attempt. Audit: nets 38 -> 35, violations 67.
